Assistive Listening Devices
Wireless assistive listening devices are available free of charge to the hearing impaired for all events in the theatre. The device may be used in any seat in the venue.
To obtain the device and headset, please contact an usher prior to being seated at your performance. To acquire a device and headset, a driver’s license or major credit card will be held as a security deposit, then exchanged for the equipment at its return at the conclusion of the performance.
To request an assisted listening device in advance, please contact the Ticket Office at (256) 549-8475.
Large Print Programs
Large print programs are available at most events. Large print programs must be requested at least one week before an event. Please call (256) 549-8475 for more information.
Sign Language Interpretation
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is scheduled for select performances at the center throughout the year. For musical theatre shows with multiple performances, the first Saturday is usually designed as the signed performance.
If you would like ASL assistance, please feel free to contact us at (256) 549-8475. A staff member can provide you with the best seating choices for viewing the ASL interpreter.
Theater Access:
The lobby, restrooms, stage and orchestra levels of the Center are completely wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair access to balcony levels.
To better serve our guess, tickets are available for those that require special seating needs. We provide seating for persons in wheelchairs and for those with limited mobility. To find out more, please call 256-549-8475 for information.
